Make sure the glow effect on discards is just as bright for trash #6

Prior to this change, the glow effect on discards was affected by the opacity of the card, so was transparent for trash cards. This change makes the glow equally bright for trash and non-trash discards, so they are both easy to visually scan for. To enable this, the card is split into two elements so that the opacity of one does not affect the glow (box-shadow) of the other.
